本部分不適用于工作電壓為牽引供電電壓的濾波器（如用于諧波抑制或功率因數(shù)補(bǔ)償?shù)臑V波器）。通常濾波器需要獨(dú)立的外殼和接入規(guī)定。如果有電磁發(fā)射限值要求，將在電子設(shè)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中規(guī)定。

本部分考慮的頻率范圍為0GHz-400GHz，沒(méi)有要求的頻段不需要進(jìn)行測(cè)試。
